What is your return policy?

We're proud to offer free returns for all items on CamelBak.com. If you decide to return an item, CamelBak will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. We offer pre-paid return labels for easy return of your merchandise. Returns received after 30 days from the order date will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit. Shipping costs incurred during your original order will not be refunded.

Please Note** The following return policy applies only to orders placed on www.camelbak.com—we can't accept returns on products that weren't purchased via our website. If you purchased your gear somewhere else, please contact the original retail store for their specific return policy.

 

If I return something, when will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they’ve received the information from us.

How do I exchange a product for a different one?

If you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds promptly upon receipt of your return and placing a new order now ensures that you'll get your new item quickly, and that it won't go out of stock.

How do I cancel an order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact customer service at customerservice@camelbak.com as soon as possible during normal business hours (M-F 8:00-5:00 Pacific). We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind that our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and we can’t cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

 

How should I ship my return/exchange and where should I ship it to?

Here’s the overall process:

  1. Got to our Returns Page and sign-in with your Order ID (it’s included on your packing slip and in your order confirmation email).
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return. For each item, specify a reason for the return.
  3. Once you've selected the items you’d like to return, click Submit Return.
  4. On the final screen, you will be provided with a link to download a pre-paid, pre-addressed FedEx Shipping label.
  5. Print out the label, add stick it to your box - making sure that the products are padded and secured so that they arrive to us in resellable condition.
  6. Drop the package off at a FedEx store or a postal location with a FedEx drop box. We can’t accept packages that don’t include the pre-paid label, and we don’t accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
