Effects of COVID-19 on shipping and orders

While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy and active lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and order processing may be delayed up to 72 hours.

Free ground shipping on all orders (excluding Custom bottles).

We offer the following resources for knowing the status of your order:

  • Order History: If you have created an account, you can check your order status by logging into your account and selecting the Order History tab.
  • Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails: After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email, and once that order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Customer Service: If you have questions regarding an order or a warranty claim, you can reach our Customer Service team at customerservice@camelbak.com. Please note that there may be delays in response times as we review your questions and evaluate current situations. We appreciate your patience during this time.
