Fits perfectily! no sliding
I have always had a challenge with pack straps wanting to slide off my wide shoulders...makes no sense, seems like wide shoulders should keep the pack on?! But this one, "designed for women" really does stay put even with out connecting the latch between them. on the not so perfect side, probably user error, twice now I have had the pack leak...but teh bladder seems fine. First time I didn't have the end locked. second time I did...not sure whats up with that.

Super comfy and lightweight. Was a great help hiking the Grand Canyon (lightly - we stuck with 3 miles or less trails since we were not used to the inclines). No problems with leaking. I sometimes have back issues and shoulder problems especially if I have pressure from backpacks or other bags on my shoulders and I didn't feel any discomfort with this pack. I recommend to anyone!
