I can’t carry a pack
I can’t carry a pack for work, and this holds the perfect amount of water for me to carry several miles as I walk. The extra pockets are perfect for carrying what I need without becoming a burden.

I replaced very similar water bottle my husband bought me years ago. It is the perfect size for my cell phone (IPhone 11 with cover) and gives me just the right amount of water for my walks and for travel. Great purchase. A must have.

Good Larger Handheld
This is larger than others, but not as comfortable to hold as a soft handheld. You give up a small amount of comfort for carrying a little more during longer runs. The 24oz bottles also fit in the Quick Grip (with no difference in comfort from 21oz).

The best to hold iPhone 12 Pro!
I haven’t used this exact bottle yet. I have an identical one I purchased several years ago. I never appreciated the pocket size until I got my iPhone 12 Pro (I used a 6s way too long). I like having backups for my key gear. Try finding this type bottle anywhere!!! An insulated hand held that is large, with a large enough pocket for your phone!!!! I’m still using the one from years ago, but made sure my phone fit this exact one as well. It does. These bottles are the best for running!!!
