How do I submit a Warranty claim?


If your CamelBak product has legitimately failed due to a manufacturing defect and per the qualifications listed on our warranty page, we Got Your Bak™. Click the link below to our warranty policy and begin the warranty claim process. If your claim is valid, you'll be able to order replacement parts or issue a request for full product replacement. Proof of defect and return mailing of defective product may be required.
