How soon should I order to receive my gift for the Holidays?

It's the season for gift giving and we want to make sure you receive your gifts in plenty of time for the Holidays.

For standard orders (orders not including customized merchandise) we recommend placing your order no later than 12/15. While nearly all orders will leave our warehouse within 48 hours, shipping service provider times can take longer than expected. Better to be safe than sorry!

If you are ordering Customized Merchandise you'll need to have your order placed no later than 12/5 to receive it in time for holiday gifting. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. To avoid the holiday rush, order prior to 12/5.

When will my order ship?

Your order will generally process and ship within 2-4 days, and you’ll receive an email once it’s on its way. If you place an order late in the day on Friday, it might not ship until Monday. Before you check out, you’ll see several shipment methods with estimated transit times. Times vary based on the shipment method you select and where you live.

Note: Custom orders require special processing and may take up to 3 weeks to receive. If you order both custom and non-custom items in a single order, they will ship separately (at no additional cost to you). 

What is the status of my order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. Simply log into your CamelBak.com account and view your order history. Once an order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your carrier tracking information.

If I send a package to someone other than myself, will the recipient see the invoice?

The packing slips provided with every shipment do not contain pricing information. They will only confirm the items included in the package.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, we are not offering shipping outside of the United States. Please visit our International Retailers page to locate a retailer nearest you.

What are your shipping fees?

We are happy to offer free ground shipping on all orders.

Packages will ship via FedEx or USPS depending on location and current rates. Once the order ships, you will be notified as to which carrier was selected via the tracking number. At this time, we are not able to select one carrier over another in an effort to continue providing you with free shipping on your orders.

Please Note: Orders placed after 11:59am PST on Friday and orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not be processed until the following Monday.

*Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse and carrier shipping delays, orders can sometimes take 7-10 days to receive. 

Why does my custom order take 3 weeks to arrive?

Due to the personalized and detailed nature, custom products typically take longer to complete and ship than our non-custom products. We want to ensure all aspects of your custom order are met and executed perfectly.
