Product Warranty Assessment Instructions
CamelBak® stands by its Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Guarantee for all reservoirs, backpacks, bottles and accessories. Reservoirs, backpacks, bottles, and accessories are warranted from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
CamelBak® will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge. The Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, combat damage, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. Product must be purchased from an authorized CamelBak® dealer.
To submit your product for warranty assessment under the terms of the Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Guarantee, please click on the link below to download and print the warranty form to be included with the product in question.
Owner is responsible for all costs associated with returning product to CamelBak for service. Where at its discretion CamelBak deems Product eligible for warranty under the GYB guarantee, CamelBak will pay the shipping and handling associated with returning repaired or replaced product to owner. California State Law requires products be clean and dry for warranty evaluation. *If it’s determined that your product needs to be cleaned or your reservoir/bottle contains water or it’s not fully dried upon arrival, it will be return to you, unprocessed.
If you are unable to print out the form, please include a hand-written letter providing us with the same information requested on the form. We highly recommend you receive a tracking number for your warranty shipment. CamelBak® will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
