Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as advertised I chose this pack for scouting a few miles from camp and road. The 20L size is large enough to hold water, food, rain gear, 1st aid and survival kits, and an extra shirt. It rained all day the 1st time out and the pack kept everything dry. The fabric might be quieter than a non-hunting pack, but I wouldn't rate it as quiet. Both my rain gear and huning pack have a quieter suede type fabric. It's a little tricky turning the pack inside out to the orange sleeve configuration (I'd thought it'd be two pieces and you could leave the 20L bag behind, but that's not the case). There is no removable waistbelt, contrary to the description. The hose is not a quick connect on the bladder (the only quick connect is at the mouth piece). I'd also bought the recommended cleaning kit so I could hang the bladder to dry, but there's no quick connect fitting on the bladder for the hanger to attach to. Overall I wouldn't recommend this pack. It did keep things dry and is a good size, but quieter fabric, waistbelt, and quick connect on the bladder would make this product worth recommending. An angled mouthpiece would also be preferred.
