Answers to the most common questions regarding ordering on our site so we can help guide you along the best path.
Why can't I select the product size or color that I want?

It's probably out of stock—but there’s a good chance that one of our retail partners has it. Each product page has links to other online retailers that also carry that item. We recommend checking to see if they have what you’re looking for, or heading over to our Find a Local Retailer section to find a local store that carries our gear. The same goes for our Military-Tactical line: not every product or camouflage pattern is available online. Sometimes, this is due to our agreements with different military branches and government agencies. If you’re looking for a specific style, you can also search the Where to Buy section for your nearest base store— just use the Where to Buy feature starting from the Military Tactical section of our website.

How do I cancel an order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact customer service at customerservice@camelbak.com as soon as possible during normal business hours (M-F 8:00-5:00 Pacific). We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind that our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and we are unable to cancel or modify the shipping destination once it has entered the shipping process.

Why haven't you charged my credit card yet?

Your credit card won’t be charged until your order is shipped. We’ll send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card

Why did you call me to verify my order?

For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order, we’ll call or e-mail you to verify your information.

What are my payment options?

CamelBak accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Do you collect sales tax?

Yes, where required by law, we charge and collect sales tax for online purchases.

I purchased one of your products on eBay, is it authentic?

It might not be. None of our dealers are authorized to sell on eBay, so to make sure you’re getting the real thing, we recommend shopping on our website or buying from one of our authorized dealers. With the limited amount of information provided by the sellers in online marketplaces, we would not be in a position to verify the authenticity of any products listed.

How can I stay up to date with the new launches and promotions?

You can sign up for our email list to get updates on new products, sales, events and other special announcements. Email sign up is available at the bottom of every page in the CamelBak website. 

Are the products you sell online the same as in stores?

Yes, provided the store in question is an authorized re-seller. However, our website does carry a few limited-edition prints, colors and styles that aren’t available in stores. To find a store in your area, use our Find a Local Retailer page. The map should detect your current location and provide you with all of the retail partners we have near you. If your network settings place the map in the wrong location, simply type your zip code into the provided field and the map will update with stores in your area.

Can I add more than one discount code to my order?

All website orders only allow for one discount or promotional code per order. If you have more than one code, you can save it for a later purchase as most of our codes last for a few weeks at a time and we offer free ground shipping on all orders!
