What is your return policy?

We're proud to offer free returns for all items on If you decide to return an item, CamelBak will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. Shipping costs incurred during your original order will not be refunded.

All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. We offer pre-paid return labels for easy return of your merchandise. To receive a return label, go to the Returns Page to get started. You’ll need the order ID, email address, and billing zip code associated with the order to request a label. 

Please Note** This return policy applies only to orders placed on If you purchased your gear in store or on an alternate website, please contact the original retail store for their specific return policy.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once your return has been received, it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to post back to the original form of payment. Please note that it can take longer depending on your banking institution.  

How do I exchange a product for a different one?

We accept all exchanges on new, unused product that was purchased within 30 days. Used products are not eligible for return or exchange. We process exchanges as we do a return. Simply return your item and you will receive your refund once the items have been received. You are welcome to place your new order at any time. 

I need to cancel my order. Is that possible?

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we make every attempt to cancel orders when possible. Because our team works quickly to process and fulfill orders quickly, we cannot guarantee a cancelation. Please make sure to review your cart, shipping address, and apply any applicable discounts before confirming your purchase. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to our support team at for assistance.  

If we aren’t able to cancel your order, we will happily assist in a return or exchange. 

How do I return my product?

Need to return something you ordered from Go to the Returns Page to get started and follow the steps below.  

  1. Go to our Returns Page and sign in with your Order ID (it’s included on your packing slip and in your order confirmation email).
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return. For each item, specify a reason for the return.
  3. Once you've selected the items you’d like to return, click Submit Return.
  4. On the final screen, you will be provided with a link to download a pre-paid, pre-addressed FedEx Shipping label.
  5. Print out the label, add stick it to your box - making sure that the products are padded and secured so that they arrive to us in resellable condition.
  6. Drop the package off at a FedEx store or a postal location with a FedEx drop box. We can’t accept packages that don’t include the pre-paid label, and we don’t accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
