How should I ship my return/exchange and where should I ship it to?


Need to return something you ordered from Go to our Returns page to get started. Here’s the overall process:

  1. Got to our Returns page and sign-in with your Order ID (it’s included on your packing slip and in your order confirmation email).
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return. For each item, specify a reason for the return.
  3. Once you've selected the items you’d like to return, click Submit Return.
  4. On the final screen, you will be provided with a link to download a pre-paid, pre-addressed FedEx Shipping label.
  5. Print out the label, add stick it to your box - making sure that the products are padded and secured so that they arrive to us in resellable condition.
  6. Drop the package off at a FedEx store or a postal location with a FedEx drop box. We can’t accept packages that don’t include the pre-paid label, and we don’t accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
