Rated 5 out of 5 by Kïdd34 from 10 state Harley ride with this excellent reservoir Not sure why all of the neg reviews on cleaning and use but this thing is very easy to dry out and works perfectly at 80 mph on a Harley you have to be smarter than the reservoir Yes hose when it's hot out gets very pliable but what product wouldn't just have to be smarter than the hose To clean 2 paper towels empty out the water then wipe out u can get around the hose attachment area and then once again for a almost complete dried out reservoir I then took a spaghetti spoon and stuck it inside to keep the reservoir open woke up the next morning and it was dried out Other than that most of you are on two feet I was on my Harley 10 states mostly 80 mph and it was flawless I truly don't see myself needing to purchase a new one ever

Rated 5 out of 5 by Scott from No Plastic Taste I bought the 2L reservoir about 1 month ago. I have used it over a dozen times mountain biking, and it is great. Easy to fill and clean, Easy to get water through tube, and best part is no plastic taste!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Plastic from TERRIBLE taste and smell After following instructions, washing and rinsing it out SEVERAL times (and wasting hundreds of gallons of water in the process), contacting customer service, attempting their baking soda method and finally their baking soda and lemon juice method, this bladder still makes the water taste HORRIBLY of plastic. It is seriously awful... especially when you are on a hike, parched and not wanting to drink the taste of chemicals. I am so disappointed and do not recommend unless you like an awful polyurethane taste in your beverage of choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sweep from Great Improvement The new design for this reservoir is awesome. For so long I have struggled getting the closure in exactly the right spot so I can seal my water without a leak. Now it is so simply and easy. Thank you Camelback!

Rated 1 out of 5 by JayH from Does’t work as replacement in pack! I have a 2 year old Rogue pack that uses an Antidote reservoir. I needed a second reservoir and purchased a Crux only to find it doesn’t fit in my Rogue pack: neck is too big and handle is too long. I don’t want to buy another pack, but if I do I will strongly consider another brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jiefache from Best option for photo-backpack I bought the 2 litre Crux predecessor for my F-Stop Ajna backpack. Have been using it in many countries, on many mountains, and never ever experienced a leak, not even when it got "squeezed" hard in narrow passages. I'm certain this applies to the Crux model as well , since only the overall shape is different!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lifeinthemtns from Horrible taste, can't even use this I had an old reservoir that I loved, but these new ones are AWFUL! Whatever they're adding to the plastic tastes so bad that I don't even want to drink my water when I'm out. The Dakine ones are much better, super disappointed in this product.
