Rated 4 out of 5 by Greg14 from Seems great Unfortunately I have only been able to use it once so far, but I like it. It was blazing hot and humid the day I did use it, and it was nice not to have the whole backpack hydration system causing my whole back to sweat. I used the included water bottle and a frame mount one and didn't run out. It did feel a bit awkward at first, and it does tend to feel top heavy, like it's trying to flip upside down. But that's mostly when your stopped. I used this for mountain biking, so once I was moving and concentrating on the trails, I didn't notice it at all. If you do shorter rides that don't require a full hydration pack, I'd recommend this as an alternative to try out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Brother Wood from CamelBak Podium Flow Belt 21 oz I have had the Podium Flow belt for approx two months. I use it on my bicycle rides. The bottle is easy to retrieve and return to the belt pocket. The bike I ride is an electric bike with a hydraulic seat post so the frame is not optimum for a typical water bottle and/or saddle pack. The design change I would make is to add a tube and bite valve to the bottle, but keep the existing opening as well. With the waist belt, the tube (to your shoulder) is short compared to the bottle being in a cage on the frame. You can still pull the bottle from the pocket for flushing eyes and dosing your head, etc. and the tube makes hydrating easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WillMcTrail from Great for a point n shoot camera! I purchased this item a few weeks back now and loving it. Great for when you want to carry the bare minimum for an epic ride. I've even added my camera case to the straps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by EBJ333 from perfect for shorter runs This is my favorite purchase for running, that I wish I would've bought a long time ago. It's perfect for shorter runs. One water bottle is perfect for my runs and the pack has just the right amount of space for keys, phone, gu, and one other item. (I don't use all the space in pack, but it is nice to have, just in case.) The 2 straps adjust to fit perfectly on the hips without too much movement during your run. The size is not too small and not too big, which, in my research was a problem I was running into. The size is exactly what I needed. Overall, I'm super happy with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by backpacker dan from Great for packing the essentials I use it to carry a hand pump, spare tube, tire levers, snacks, a multi tool, and my phone while i’m riding. The straps are easy to secure and I often forget i’m even wearing it. Works great for hikes and trail runs too. Definitely recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by sharpgt from pretty dang good bought to wear mostly while walking the dogs and riding mtb. The hold on the bottle is great and the pockets are roomy. Only two complaints with the design. Neither the outside pocket nor the mesh dividers in the larger pocket fit a cell phone very well. I can cram it into the outside pocket, but it's not very convenient and I mostly toss the phone into the big pocket to rattle around. Second complaint would be that the straps loosen up after a bit of walking, making it fiddly to grab the bottle out of its pouch. Otherwise the pack is really good and fits exactly what I needed: big enough to carry three tennis balls and dog waste bags or a flat kit and first aid, comfortable straps, solid construction. Overall very good, just a few things to revise in the next version

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Compact & a Nice Fit Fits really nice and tight to your body without sticking out on the sides like alot of other packs; it’s not huge but fits all your biking/hiking needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Brij from First time using a fanny pack Just bought this and used it for a three hour mtb ride. I like the size and functionality. With one bottle on the bike and the other in the belt there's plenty of water for about four hours. The belt fits my phone, food, etc. It's compact. I don't like the tightness of the belt around my midsection while riding--but it might just take some getting used to. Seems like it will be great for hiking. Not as sure about longer runs but will try it out in the sumer.
