Shipping

Your order will generally process and ship within 2-4 days, and you’ll receive an email once it’s on its way. If you place an order late in the day on Friday, it might not ship until Monday. Before you check out, you’ll see several shipment methods with estimated transit times. Times vary based on the shipment method you select and where you live.

Note: Custom orders require special processing and may take up to three weeks to receive. Expedited shipping will not apply to custom orders and unfortunately, we are unable to expedite the processing time. If you order both custom and non-custom items in a single order, they will ship separately (at no additional cost to you).

Once you’ve placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. Simply log into your CamelBak.com account and view your order history. Once an order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your carrier tracking information.

The packing slips provided with every shipment do not contain pricing information. They will only confirm the items included in the package.

Unfortunately, we are not offering shipping outside of the United States. Please visit our International Retailers page to locate a retailer nearest you.

We charge a flat rate of $10 per order for standard shipping. However, customers who create and register an account on our site receive free standard shipping on all orders when logged into their account. For those who need their items sooner, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday, over the weekend, or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. Expedited shipping speeds up delivery but does not reduce processing time.

Due to the personalized and detailed nature, custom products typically take longer to complete and ship than our non-custom products. We want to ensure all aspects of your custom order are met and executed perfectly.
