How much water should I drink?


Lots of factors determine how much you'll need to drink while exercising: your size, your activity, the weather, and how much you tend to sweat. We worked with the University of Connecticut's Korey Stringer Institute to build a hydration calculator that weighs these factors and gives you an idea of how much you'll need to hydrate for different activities. It's no substitute for medical advice or good common sense, but it's a good place to start.
