I used my straw for the first time yesterday and I was super pleased that it actually did work. I could draw all the water up the water container easily and it was much more comfortable than cranking my head down directly to the container on my chest. It's funny looking to have that straw sticking up over my shoulder but I don't care much about that anyway. I didn't give it a "great" because it did pop off the container top a couple of times because it doesn't sit super-securely like something you would screw on - it is just pushed down over the existing cap after you take off the other white sucking tip. I'm using the straw with the Women's Ultra Pro Vest 34 oz. Hope that helps.
