Can I place a bulk custom order for my company or event?
Yes. We specialize in large-volume custom print orders for corporate clients, events, and promotional campaigns. For orders of 36 or more products, please contact our Custom Print team at 1-800-455-8203 ext. 3, or email custom@camelbak.com.
Can I customize my order online?
Our online customization platform is undergoing an upgrade and will be re-launching in 2026 with enhanced features and improved functionality.
In the meantime, please use our Corporate Custom Print Request Form to connect directly with our in-house team. Our team is ready to assist you with your order to ensure the highest quality and alignment with your brand standards, provide guidance on artwork specifications, and help ensure your custom print needs are met with precision and care.
What products are available for customization?
Most of our hydration bottles and drinkware pieces are available for corporate customization. This includes a wide range of plastic and stainless steel bottles, tumblers, and mugs.
Decoration options include:
Plastic bottles: Full-color, full-wrap digital printing for vibrant branding and messaging.
Steel items: Premium laser etch logos for a sleek, durable finish.
If you have a specific product in mind, our team can confirm availability and decoration compatibility.
What are the artwork requirements?
To ensure optimal print quality, artwork must meet the following guidelines:
File formats: AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG/JPEG (300 DPI minimum)
Color mode: CMYK preferred
Dimensions: Must match product template specifications (provided upon request)
Content: We do not accept copyrighted, trademarked, or offensive imagery unless you are the rights holder.
Our team can assist with artwork review and minor adjustments if needed.
How is pricing handled for corporate custom orders?
Pricing is based on quantity, product type and customization complexity, and shipping destination(s).
We offer volume discounts, tax exemption for eligible organizations, and net terms for approved corporate accounts.
Quotes are provided within 1–2 business days after artwork and order details are submitted.
What is the typical production timeline?
Production typically takes 10–15 business days from final artwork approval.
Can I return or exchange custom items?
Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact our team within 5 business days if there are any issues.
